No option to upload header image

    I go to “Dashboard” / “Customize your site” / “header image”… then there is a drop-down offering the pre-defined header images. But there is no upload option. Seems that somehow I have lost the ability to upload header images?

    BTW, under “Background Image”, there is an option to “Upload New”. I thought that option existed also under “Header Image”, but it seems to have disappeared.

    How might I debug?

    Under Appearance > Header there should be a place to upload a new image. (not part of customize)

    Do you not have that?
