Support » Plugin: Woo Custom Emails Per Product » No option to select On Hold, Processing, Completed

  • I’ve installed Woo Custom Emails Per Product Version 2.2.4 on WordPress 5.2 with WooCommerce 4.0.1. I have the new Custom Email fields in the product pages and the search for messages works but I do not have the conditions to trigger the email (On Hold, Processing, Completed) that is shown in the screen captures for the plugin. I processed an order with 2 items in the cart and neither the Product 1 or Product 2 message appeared on any of the standard Woo order messages. How can I get the trigger options?

    Thanks for using my plugin!

    Are you saying that when you go to edit a Product, you are not seeing the “Custom Emails” tab in the ‘Product Data’ section?

    Can you please provide a screenshot?
