No option for featured content

    I’ve just installed the Expound theme, and according to this page, http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/expound/, I should be able to set featured content by

    “Setting Featured and Primary Posts
    Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Featured Content.”

    But there is no ‘featured content’ item available under Appearance > Customize.

    Maybe I’ve missed something obvious, but I sure can’t find what it might be.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Same here. I don’t see it.

    I’d like to change the color of the tags and remove the hover feature on them. Anyone know how I can do that?
