• I purchased the premium version and the new update broke my site. I have contacted you 3 days ago, i have sent my password and details so you can view the website and NO ONE has gotten back to me. its meant to be 24 hour support?! where is my support? i have been unable to sell for 3 days because of your app.

    Please don’t shoot the messenger. I’m only a volunteer moderator at Elementor. I understand that you are in distress! The rules here are strict, though. You are a pro user. And as such, you have access to support that users of the free version don’t have. Please ask your question in the new Elementor Forum: https://forum.elementor.com/ You can sign in with your Elementor account credentials.

    Maybe we, as fellow users, can help you to solve your issue.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
