    Good afternoon, information about the order placed is not transmitted to Google Analytics

    Hi @yulya6758656,

    We have had a look at your store and observed that our plugin tracked all the required data till the checkout page.

    Further, We could not check the working of tracking at the thankyou page as we were not able to put the telephonic number of any other country apart from Belarus.
    And the shipping was not available for the Belarus (screenshot for reference).

    Good afternoon, you can enter the next test number +375291111111. I see through analytics how events are triggered before placing an order, but an event with sending data that the order is complete does not work. That is the problem.

    We understand your concern about not getting the order related data in GA and we again tried to check for the issue but couldn’t as shipping to Belarus is not available in your store even after entering the +375291111111
    (screenshot for reference).

    Please enable the shipping for Belarus country from the backend of your store so that we could place a test order and suggest you accordingly.

    We had placed a test order of id 1020 and observed that all the required data were tracked successfully until the checkout page. Data at the thankyou page were not tracked and the reason seems to be an ‘Uncaught SyntaxError’ in the console (Screenshot for reference).

    Please resolve the error for the conversion tracking and let us know if you continue to face the issue.

    We are not sure whether any of the plugins which you have listed in the previous post may be causing the error in the console.

    Also, we would have helped you further by looking into your admin area but we are abiding by our organization policy to provide the support for this version of the plugin at the website level.

    Please try the below way to find the error and resolve it:
    You could create a staging of the live site and remove all the plugins(except WooCommerce and Tatvic plugin) and try to test the working of our plugin with other plugins to find the cause of the error and accordingly you could resolve it.

    Hi @yulya6758656,

    We just made a test transaction of id 1133 in your store and observed that the order information is successfully getting tracked at the thankyou page. Here is the screenshot.

    Please confirm whether this test transaction of id 1133 got reflected in your GA. You could check this under “Reports -> Conversions -> Ecommerce -> Sales Performance Report” by selecting an appropriate date range.
