Doesn’t work at all.
Every keyword, tag and group-membership of every item has disappeared…
Thanks guys.

I didn’t develop the plugin so I will let Matthias reply to you but… how is that even possible? I doubt the plugin modify any of this. Are you 100% sure about what you are stating?
Hi there!
Where do you mean that they disappeared? What says the screen in “WP/LR Sync -> Collections & Keywoards”?
Regards,
Matthew 🙂Hi,
Well, maybe disappeared is not exactly what happened. The pictures are still there, somewhere lost and lonely…
Right now I have two ‘WP/LR Sync’-maps: the first original one and a second new one. Some photos were left behind in the old one, some did return in the new one being a link??? (Bit off-topic, but why is that/did that change?)
This happens over and over again, restored an entire site-backup several times, followed WPLR-update instructions etc. etc.
Republishing pictures from LR doesn’t solve the problem: as far as I can see collections are either put in the old or the new map.RML-ids are also gone; errors on site stating ID doesn’t exist (anymore).
WP/LR-Sync galleries seem to contain all pictures including keywords. (Can’t tell if each and every one is there, just too many pics and keywords I guess.)
Right now I just want to get rid off both WP/LR-maps completely and republish everything again, but I can’t remove WP/LR-maps… Is there a database-table to be removed or something?
Regards,
CornéHi again @cocha,
Sorry for the delayed answer but I have worked on the extension the last time and have now a prerelease version available here: https://github.com/matzeeable/wplr-rml/releases/tag/1.1.0-0 – It is not yet released because another user does a test. The new extension avoids creating new RML IDs for attachments. It only creates shortcuts when necessary. Also have a look at https://github.com/matzeeable/wplr-rml/issues/2

Republishing pictures from LR doesn’t solve the problem: as far as I can see collections are either put in the old or the new map.I think you are using currently two active extensions: The built-in (checkbox in “Extensions”) and the “WP/LR Sync Folders” plugin.
What you should do next: Download the .zip file from the above link, uninstall the old “WP/LR Sync Folders” plugin and install the new one. Afterwards navigate to “WP/LR Sync > Extensions”. Make sure you have still ticked “Real Media Library” in extensions and click the button Reset with Extensions. This does remove all the RML folders which where already synced with your media library (it does not delete attachments from WP itself). Afterwards untick the RML extension, save, activate the WP/LR Sync Folders plugin and do Resync with Extensions. Refer also to this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wplr-sync-folders/#i%20used%20the%20previous%20real%20media%20library%20extension
RML-ids are also gone; errors on site stating ID doesn’t exist (anymore).
The RML folder IDs gets regenerated when you reset the extension and do a resync. For usual
Please let me know if this works for you.
Best regards,
Matthew 🙂
