no net sales shown in widget after upgrading to latest woo version

    Hello:

    I have just upgraded to the latest version of woocommerce and the database has also been updated but now the net sales are not showing in the BO widget.
    any idea what to do? I have logged out, logged back in and nothing.
    In the reports section it does show me the sales of the day.

    I am replying because I have placed a test order in the shop and now it DOES show the correct values in the widget.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that the widget in WooCommerce is not displaying the correct net sales.

    I am replying because I have placed a test order in the shop and now it DOES show the correct values in the widget.

    To clarify, is the issue no longer present? Is the widget displaying the correct values overall?

    If the issue resurfaces, you can navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache to see if this updates the net sales amount.
