Can you please try to rename the files that you are trying to upload so those would use Latin characters then try to upload them again to see if that will change anything?

Thanks for the screenshot. Can you please let us know what is the average images’ size that you are trying to upload and if you have also checked NextGen Gallery’s requirements ref the PHP file upload limits listed here: https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

Вопрос решился.
Мы всё тщательно проверили на соответствие вашим правилам. Написали в поддержку хостинга. Но без результата.
Нам помог случай. Причина оказалась в хостинге. У провайдера случились проблемы и не работал 3 дня. Они починили, включили сервер и плагин чудесно заработал.
Причина была в хостинге.

We’ve carefully checked everything to make sure it complies with your rules. We wrote in support of hosting. But no result.
A chance helped us. The reason was hosting. The provider had problems and did not work for 3 days. They fixed it, turned on the server and the plugin worked wonderfully.
