No more support for paying customers

I purchased the plugin via freemius.com.
Since one of the recent updates, the plugin has been broken — the issue is clearly visible on the website. I submitted a support ticket on freemius.com and also contacted the developer directly through cm-wp.com/support more than three weeks ago.
I even posted the issue in the official support forum — still no response.
After weeks of complete silence, it seems clear that the plugin is no longer maintained or the developer simply doesn’t care anymore. That’s unacceptable for a paid plugin.
If you rely on working support, stay away from this one.
