Support » Theme: Appointment » No more slider in free version?

    Hello,

I have to fix a website that uses the Appointment theme. It seems the site was broken by recent updates.

It used to have a slider on the main page, filled with 3 blog posts. Now the slider doesn’t show, and the 3 posts are just diplayed as a column. I checked the theme customizer and couldn’t find anything related to the slider. Does the free version have no more slider feature?

Update: I figured that thanks to the webriti companion, I can get the slider customization options back in the Appointment parent theme. However it’s still not showing up in my child theme so I’m stuck.

Either add your child theme’s name at two locations in the companion plug-in (file webriti-companion.php) or rename your child theme to Appointment child. Expect more problems in future.

@actronab Thanks for the tip, I got the customizer options after renaming to Appointment child.

I still can’t get the slider to show up though, I’ll investigate more into that…

    Edit: fixed.
