 * Hi – We depended on some custom javascript for the behavior of the live chat
   plugin. Is custom JS no longer supported?

 * Hi [@biotrace](https://wordpress.org/support/users/biotrace/),
 * Our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this.
 * After the recent security issues experienced by some of our users, we decided
   to remove the custom scripts block for the time being.
 * In the meantime, we recommend using the following plugin for custom script support:
   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-css-js/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-css-js/)
 * We may look into reintroducing our own custom script blocks at a later stage,
   however, for the time being, using a 3rd party custom script plugin such as the
   one mentioned above is the only way to add custom scripts to the system.
 * Thank you so much for your time and understanding.
