Can you be a little more specific? What “more colors” option are you referring to?
The former color box had the words “more colors” at the bottom of the box. I could click it and choose from a spectrum of colors and even type in the number of a color that I wanted.
I cannot find that option in the color box now.
Are you referring the page at Appearance -> Header?
I am experiencing the same issue with the new version. This is text option on post & pages cannot add additional colors.
Please advise.

I am referring to the color box that is found under the pull-down arrow for the text color (A symbol) in POSTS. There is no option now for “more colors” at the bottom of the box. This didn’t occur until version 3.9 came out.
I just looked at the customize theme section. It doesn’t look like it has changed. It still offers a spectrum of colors you can choose by either clicking on a color in the spectrum or by typing a number in.
I use 2012 theme.
Yes, this is very important. Can we please have the full range of font colours to choose from including “more colours” and the colour picker? This was lost in the most recent release of WP.
omigosh – what in heck happened to it? I need that “more colors” … I don’t wanna look for the color code everytime I need to change the color of the text on my post. The colors it shows are NOT the colors I need…
