I get the header, hamburger icon, etc but the menu panel is blank — there are no menu items. When I go to a page inside site the menu items appear (I’m not using std hamburger icon)

The the desktop site looks fine, but its a different style than the mobile version

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I fixed the blank menu problem

Any comment on why the style on desktop is different than mobile? Mobile is plain (I did import the free demo at beginning)

    Hi @collabora,

I’m glad you sorted the 1st issue.
About the style I’m seeing the same style with the yellow header.

Add the code below to the Hide elements field inside the General options to tab to hide your theme mobile menu.

    .site-header .container

This is how it will look without the theme mobile menu.

I added the code but there was no change. But I don’t need to hide the theme’s mobile menu. My current issue is the style difference.

when i imported the free demo style, it looked correct on desktop, but the mobile version had a blank (white) background in the hamburger menu (instead of the blue/purple gradient and font) and a black header instead of the purplish one). When I changed the header to that gold color, it changed on desktop site but not on mobile version

Changing colors, etc in the Mobile Menu options doesn’t change anything on mobile device, but it does change it on desktop

Why would your phone render differently?

It can’t render differently, the only reason for that is the cache in your mobile device that isn’t allowing you to see the latest version.

This new screenshot below was taken from my Android device. The previous one was taken in the browser mobile emulator.

Clear the cache of the browser in your mobile and test again. Let me know the result.

That worked. I had cleared it earlier but didn’t realize that the subsomains were using the same cache as the main domain and exempted the main domain — clearing main domain cache solved the issue. Thanks

    That’s great. Thanks
