Support » Theme: Customizr » No menu header page if sub-menus exist

  • Resolved KoriMiller

When I click on either Reviews or Final Thoughts in my top menu, I’m not directed to those pages. I’m only directed to choose a page from the sub-menu for those main pages.

I don’t know CSS. Is there a way to fix this in my wordpress dashboard?

    Thank you!

I’ve just tried on one of my sites & it didn’t work, but still diagnosing why. I’m trying to fix it in a child theme. This post suggests editing the core theme file which will be overwritten when you do an update.

Let us know if OK for you.

@rdellconsulting – Thank you.I don’t know code. I have no idea how to fix the problem using that information. In the demo for this I saw it work.

Does anyone know of a way to make it work from the WP dashboard?

One of the links that rdellconsulting gave you (this one) explains that it’s not a problem, but is designed that way.

If you change it (which can be done, but only with code), then you will make it impossible for a touch-screen user to open the dropdown menus because they will click through to the link rather then just dropdown.

Sorry. I didn’t have a chance to mark this as resolved. I found a work around in another post.
