    hello,

    I try to create a compaign.
    I have a report, but with 0 contacts send.
    Type :Post Notification
    Status : Completed
    Contacts 0 (!!!)

    The contact list for this campaign contains 2 emails (in Audience I have 2 contacts in this list)

    what mistake did I make?

    I am really sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with email sending.

    Can you please provide us more information related to the issue?
    1) Can you please confirm if the status of these contacts is ‘Subscribed‘? In order to receive emails, contact must be subscribed to a list.
    2) When queueing campaigns, to process contacts in bulk, Email Subscribers uses background process. This background process requires it must be able to make a request back to your site when queueing contacts in the background. You can check if the background process is working as expected or not by checking your site health report from Tools –> Site Health. There should not be any warning/error related CURL or Loopback requests in the report. You can contact your hosting provider in case if you are getting any error or warning related to CURL or Loopback requests.
    3) Also can you please check if there aren’t any pending task scheduled by the background process from Tools –> Scheduled Actions? You can find them by searching with ‘ig_es_add_subscribers_to_sending_queue‘ on the page. If there are pending tasks, then the issue might be with the background process itself. We will need to debug it further to find the exact cause of the issue. Please contact us from here. We will look into it.
