Customer sign up, order, and mail for admin is not available at all. I don’t get any mail from sign up and order, tested as customer and admin. Installed wp mail logging, it shows up in there, but not in my admin and customer gmail.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

if it’s logged but not received, it’s sending. Your server may not be handling outgoing mail correctly.

    See https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

Hi, I am having the same issue, not getting emails from any new Client TEST orders via email (I am testing at the moment).

Mine was all working perfectly with emails sending to me as Test New Orders etc until I installed WOocommerce PDF Invoices plugin so I could have a decent Tax Invoice attachment for clients.

Then I Deactivated the plugin and since then have NOT received any new email notifications at all from Woocommerce automatically to me (as the TEST client) …

Have been googling for hours and came across this post. Many people had issues with this when installing that plugin but now emails not sending out.

Then I installed the WP Log and the email from Woocommerce is in the list ..

But I know 100% that it is the issue within Woocommerce somewhere since installing that plugin !

Not my Email provider at all …. I am IT tech so know this. And was working perfectly before I installed that Plugin that has obviously changed something or conflicting.

Now have NO idea how to get it back working …

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks
    Kristin

If you are sending directly from your host or machine hosting the website – it is possible the email is not delivered due to missing spf / dkim and other spam checks.

I would use something like Easy WP SMTP or similiar plugin to force the use of an external email server/provider to handle email deliveries this will insure that they get through.

If you already use an email provider obtain their SMTP server details and plug in to the SMTP plugin.

Oh, It’s working now. I don’t setup my mail hosting in woocommerce > setting > account. After I setup with hosting email, it’s working correctly now.
