Just tried to migrate two sites and ran into this error:
“Unable to access wpconfig file. Please check if WordPress is installed on the destination address. Also, check if you have permission to access the folder.”

Nexcess support said there were some errors and to try https://wordpress.org/plugins/migrate-guru/ . Which did work…

Whats the difference and why did that one work and not LiquidWeb’s own plugin?

BlogVault is working on a fix on their end, which should be completed this weekend.
This plugin will then work correctly when migrating an existing site to a site using the new temporary io domain on your Nexcess plan.

The issue has been resolved, and you can now migrate to the io temporary domain target on Nexcess using this plugin without any issues.
