No Longer works

    This has all of a sudden stopped working under the free version and settings just directs me to buy it with no reason given why. There is still a download link on the creators site for the free version so puzzled. I can see all my custom status’s but emails no longer send and I cannot edit any status.

    Dear customer,
    I’m sorry to read this is happening on your installation.
    For whatever support request, you can open a new thread here, while this space is left just for reviews.
    However, in the meantime, we have tested the plugin on our local environments and it works well there.
    I’d suggest you try the following:
    – deactivate all plugins installed
    – reactivate them one by one.
    – If any errors appear, please, write it down or just let me know what it is about.
    This way I can have deeper insight on what’s occuring on your installation.
    Please, open a thread in the support page to answer to let me know the outcome of the test. I’ll be happy to help you.
