    This plugin used to work well, but is no longer working on my site. It now conflicts with my theme. The date picker no longer shows up when creating new events, so the events do not get added to the calendar. Too bad; I really liked the plugin while it worked.

    Hello, have you tried asking about this on our support forum? Chances are it’s a fixable issue.

    A screenshot of your console log would help on the page where things go wrong. On Chrome, right click > inspect element, then you’ll see the console log pop up below the page.

    I also have the same issue. No date picker loads to create new events. I have tried changing the format but no matter what configuration, it doesn’t create an event nor load the date picker.

    I am using Safe Mode and have enabled the twenty twentyone theme and disabled all other plugins.

    I have the same issue since the last update. Basically nothing works anymore:
    – existing dates don’t display anymore
    – new dates can’t be set
    – coupon codes can’t be assigned, cause link does not work anymore
    – new tickets can’t be added, cause link does not work anymore

    Reported these bugs to the support forum. But to be honest, other people have been doing the same for the same issues since days. But the only thing they get are question, if the have the proper setup or could go to safe mode.

    I think I also read, they’d ask the developers. But it doesn’t look like there are any.

    Hi @leberm and others, we’ve had some issues with support staff not monitoring the threads, we’re going through recent threads to make sure any update issues are resolved. Please bear with us, if you still have issues bump your threads ONCE as we’re having to sort through quite a few days of unanswered threads and may inevitably miss some.

    Whilst this is a free plugin, we do commit to providing timely support and the recent days/weeks of thread activity from our side doesn’t match this.

    Well @netweblogic it looks like, everybody who recently complained here, does have the paid and not the free version.

    Since the last update this week literally nothing works anymore, if you want to change data around an event. Looking forward to get this fixed.

    Actually, there’s a lot of people on the free version with issues, the date picker conflict is in the main/free part of the plugin, not the Pro add-on. Actually, the conflict is with the time picker, the date picker is not working because JS ran into a fatal error when combined with a few different plugins (Divi, ACF and probably others). We didn’t spot these as we don’t generally test against plugins.

    Regardless, this should have been spotted and fixed days ago. I was made aware of this earlier today, it’s already fixed in the latest dev version and there’ll be an update within 24 hours (most likely within today).
