Sorry that you ran into issues here!
The error message you’re seeing above tells me that your CSV file is missing a column that your BD form fields are expecting to be there (“business-name”).
To have a successful import, you must have all of the following in your CSV file:
– A complete list of column headers that BD expects to see (you can see what they are under Directory Admin->CSV Import and generate a sample CSV to get the names easily if you wish)
– The BD fields marked optional must be present in the CSV as a column, but they don’t need to have a value
– The BD fields marked required must be present in the CSV as a column, and they must have a non-blank value in them
