# No lone ‘&’

 * Currently, words with ‘ & ‘ between can result in ‘&’ being broken to separate
   line which doesn’t look nice and can even be confusing. Can I force the ‘&’ to
   be always together with a word?
 * Thanks!

 * Isn’t the & always on the same line with either the preceeding or following word?
   Or do you mean on very small screens? Currently there is no feature to add special
   handling for ampersands, but I could add a feature for that.

 * `&` will be included in the `single-character word spacing` setting in the next
   release.
