No Login Refresh list in ninja form and field mapping

    Please go to MC4WP > Mailchimp, and click Renew Mailchimp lists.
    Does that makes the list show up?

    Yes, I have tried that. I even downgraded the plugin to a few older versions. In some cases, the mapping field works, but the consent checkbox does not. On some lists, the consent checkbox is visible but does not allow/show field mapping.
