    Hello

    My website allows users to register and create profiles. I set the threshold for invalid login attempts to 5. When I tested this setting using a dummy account the dummy account was not locked out because of exceeding the number of login attempts. It seems the setting did not work at all. May you please assist me?

    So you set the Max Login Attempts Per User (from default 10) to 5 in the Local Brute Force Protection module ?

    @trinium12 ,

    As @nlpro implied, is this what your settings look like?

    Click here: http://prntscr.com/o3un1d

    If yes, then you may have an issue. Otherwise, change your settings to reflect what’s in the link and test again.

    Cheers!

    I just checked my settings again and they are as you have both described @nlpro and @jetxpert and the problem still persists

    The only way to see what is happening is to look at the plugin Logs page.

    On the Logs page click on the Notices filter link.

    Then create a screenshot and upload it somewhere on the internet.
    Finally add a new post to this topic that includes a link to the screenshot.
