Hi @stardaug – Can you include a screenshot of both your ‘Shipping Zones’ and the shipping options within that zone? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Additionally, do you have a test product and address for the zone that we can use to test this with?
– Joey
Hi Joey – thank you for the reply. I took a couple screenshots. Hope this is what you need… https://www.amazon.ca/clouddrive/share/PqDUNKGiQlDr1MK0MpKR684sddZjSMPHQqb2LDVWHpA
I don’t have a test product/address but you can go to the site and see, https://elementhair.com/store/ and select a product, go to checkout where you enter an address and use:
350-1 The Boardwalk
Waterloo, Ontario
Canada N2T 0A6
I have local pickup as a shipping zone but it doesn’t show in the checkout as a shipping option. This postal code is one of many that should trigger local pickup as a shipping option but it doesn’t work.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks
Shawn
Hi @stardaug – The issue is with the ‘Local Pickup’ shipping zone. The local pickup option should be a shipping method, not a zone.
The ‘Local Pickup’ zone looks identical to “Free Delivery to KW”. If it is, you should add the ‘Local Pickup’ option as a shipping method within that shipping zone, then delete the ‘Local Pickup’ shipping zone.

Hi Joey – thanks. Your suggestion is helpful. Problem I see now is the “local pickup” is not an option to select as a shipping method. Here’s a screenshot https://www.amazon.ca/clouddrive/share/jOkJDCjfOgCAkBJle7FWW4etOXVrfGjFD0gf7bY6eFz
Any other thoughts?
Thanks,
Shawn
An update – I had to add a new shipping zone for local pickup to show as a shipping method option. But even though local pickup is a shipping method inside the zone now, Woocommerce is saying “No shipping methods offered to this zone.” And yet local pickup is. If I add say free shipping method, then it indicates free shipping is a shipping method in this same zone but not local pickup. Makes no sense to me.
Thanks
Shawn
Hi @stardaug. Something seems to be interferring with loading products and links on your site. Every link takes me to bing.ca. I recommend doing some conflict testing to resolve this issue – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
I think the conflict test is also useful for seeing what is blocking the option for the “Local Pickup” shipping zone on your site.
Please let us know how you get on.
Hi @stardaug. I hope that you’ve been able to resolve this issue. Since we haven’t heard from you in a while, I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
