No Links Widget, trying to add a blogroll

Hello everyone,

First time poster here, please be gentle 🙂

I wanted to add a blogroll to my blog, but all the support pages I have seen mention using the Links Widget. Problem is… there isn’t a Links Widget in my Available Widgets page, nor are there any Inactive Widgets.

I cannot see a way to “add” a widget…

What can I do?
