No lightbox on a product page

Hi everyone!
Hope my issue will be helpful for others.
There is a link on a product page that links to a product itself, but not to the image.
So there is no lightbox and by clicking on it the page just reloads.
How can I make lightbox work here?
I’m working out this issue for a week but no success.
