No Lightbox Navigation between items in gallery

    Have tried raising this as a proper ticket with paid support but no response from “Thomas” in over a month. What’s the point of paid support if there is none?

    As previously reported:

    1 – ‘no captions’ option doesn’t work, captions still appear. Had to apply custom CSS to fix

    2 – more importantly and waiting for response on fix – there is no navigation available between items in gallery when an item is opened. must close each image then open a new one. we need this resolved…

    as mentioned, trying support here since paid support is non-existent (what did I buy it for again?). 🙁

    We have issued you with a refund, our apologies for the late replies!

    As for your different points:

    1) This should have been fixed in the latest update.

    2) As I had answered in the pro support, your site was not opening the Meow Lightbox but a different one, meaning that I can’t help you for that.
