Support » Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce » No Lead in SF, but log and settings indicate there should be

  • I have set up the free version for now to test the basic functionality in getting a gravity form submission to populate Leads in SF.

Submitting a form, the Salesforce Log tab in WordPress provides a Salesforce ID and a description of ‘Added to Lead’.

In Salesforce however I see no new lead, nor can I find the email address I just submitted in the search facility of Salesforce.

In Salesforce Advanced User Details, under the OAuth Connected Apps section I see CRM Perks as an application, number of uses corresponds to my number of tests and the Last Used date is that of my last test.

I am not a salesforce user so forgive me if I’m looking in the wrong place on salesforce.

Also, in Gravity Salesforce Log, clicking the Salesforce ID takes me to Salesforce, but I get the message

    ‘Looks like there’s a problem.

Unfortunately, there was a problem. Please try again. If the problem continues, get in touch with your administrator with the error ID shown here and any other related details. Unexpected HTTP Status Code: 403’
