Ok I fixed the problem by unchecking “The front page url contains the language code instead of page name”. So now the flags are heading to the single page. That’s nice but do you know how i can change the page name one the tab by the slogan like on the main frontpage ?
Hi
Could you be more precise, which stings instead another?

Hello Chrysti,
That’s not easy to explain, sorry for my english.
When you open the page ” http://site.meremaki.fr/frontpage_en/ ” you can see on the tab or on the top of the window the name of the site Meremaki + the name of the page “frontpage_en”. I would like to see the slogan of the page like the main page in french “Meremaki I Les rêves n’ont pas de limites”
As shown here: http://i.imgbox.com/2Egbt4y9.png (you can see the two different tabs)
Thank you
It’s handled by your theme with the wp_title function and not by Polylang.
You have many ways to handle that:
– you can rename the title of your french frontpage by “Les rêves n’ont pas de limites”, and the english frontpage “Dreams are free”. Not sure it will work, but you can test it,
– or you can use a SEO plugin,
– or code yourself the modifications, see: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_title .
EDIT: I found a similar request on the Enfold support forum, it could help you to solve your problem easly: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/is-there-any-way-to-keep-original-title-and-tagline-always-while-surfing/#post-332144

Chrystl MERCI !
That’s perfect, I fixed the issue with the SEO plugin, I needed one.
Thanks for your patience and you completed answer. You even searched on the enfold support page (I did not look at it because I thought it was an issue with your plugin (or at least something I didn’t do right with)).
Thanks a lot and that was my last issue (I hope so) !
Resolved !
