No key, No install instructions, Purchased an addon!

    I purchased an addon for Ucare about an hour ago (https://ucaresupport.com/downloads/knowledge-base/). Copied the key I received (lost it through all of this and did not worry about it because it should be in an email, wasnt.) and went to wordpress looking for somewhere to drop the key into. Never found it. Tried to go to website to file a support ticket and product isnt even listed in support options.

    Out 15$, Key, and have ZERO information on activating my purchase… Wth?

    A support agent has responded to the ticket you created with the resolution. The email went out to the one specified in the transaction ( not the paypal email ).
