# No internal link using ‘Insert from URL’

 * Hi All
    For posts on my website I have been adding in internal links to other
   similar posts by using ‘Add Media’ -> ‘Insert from URL'(or I can just copy the
   URL straight into the post). The reason I’m doing it this way instead of hyperlinking
   text is that it brings up a nice little box with an image/description etc however
   Yoast SEO Analysis says “No internal links appear in this page,…”. Is there a
   reason why Yoast doesn’t detect an internal link when it is added this way? If

 * You go to “Add Media” when you add an image, video or audio. You don’t go to “
   Add Media” if you’re trying to add an internal link.
