Hi, thanks. I have done the update (I was waiting because I ‘m always afraid of the troubles that could arise) and it’s ok. Even if lot’s of styles are now for the PRO version…
And now the insertion of “singlepic” doesn’t work..
Picture isn’t loaded on page :/
@juliedsevent – Can you provide any more details on “And now the insertion of “singlepic” doesn’t work..”?
Thanks!
– Cais.
Hi !
Well, when I used single pic insertion, into a post, nothing appeared on my blog post / page.
@juliedsevent – What are you specifically using for “SinglePic”?
– Cais.
I use “add media” button, then I select the NextGen gallery I want, and at least I select the picture I want.
But when I choose the singlepic Format, it doesn’t work. No picture on my page. (a picto for broken link only)
@juliedsevent – After you make these attempts … can you provide an example of what you are seeing in the TinyMCE editor for the SinglePic you are trying to insert? It should start with the following: [singlepic
and end with ]
… please copy and paste the entire shortcode so I can see this better.
Thanks!
– Cais.
Hello !
Here is the code : [singlepic id=1236 w= h= float=left]
@juliedsevent – What happens if you remove the empty parameters (w=
and h=
) from the shortcode?
– Cais.
I put this => [singlepic id=1236 float=left]
and I always have the picture for broken link 🙁
@juliedsevent – Just to confirm … there definitely is an image in NextGEN Gallery that has an ID of 1236, correct?
– Cais.
Yes, if NextGEN show me correct informations this is the ID of the image.
@juliedsevent – Please send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.
We may need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report, too.
Thanks!
