 * I have unzipped .. and config’d and uploaded .. then went to install
    theres 
   no install file in any folders anywhere .. online offline .. nowehere … ?? why??
   did i download the wrong thing ? is that possible? Giles

 * It’s in your wp-admin folder. Should be wp-install.php 🙂
