No input option available to increase max execution time!

After installation you can only input file size to increase but nothing available to increase the max execution time. Even though max execution time is in the name of the plugin. I’ve installed it in brand new install with no other plugin and that’s what I got. There is no chance that it was interfering with something else.

It was good that at first, you created a support ticket, instead of directly ranking with worst rate.
It’s long after I’ve last update this. However, doesn’t the plugin increase upload size? if so, does it deserve worst rate?
I think its a kinda of ungrateful as you have not opened neither support ticket, and neither the appropriate feedback.
