No input file specified. – After upgrade from php 5.3 to 5.6

I am getting this error message after upgrade my server to 5.6 php.

I have tried to fowllow this guide : http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended

But it dont work – what should i do ? Should i actually reinstall whole wordpress again ? And what about my post if i import those will they then work again ?
