Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Flamingo, Classic Editor, WordPress Importer, and Yoast SEO.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
I had done the default theme test already,
but did it again with twenty twenty .
tried only keep all the plugin you suggested, but it break my forms (pdf, and redirect to thanks page)
so kept only 7 plugin

(as mentioned before it worked at first)
still nothing in flamingo (neither in the address book or the inbound Messages) while the form itself works and emails are sent.
So no suggestion to where to look for error logs ? other action to resolve this ?
