"No images were found" & "Gallery not found" appearing in place of galleries

I just recently noticed that the galleries on my site are not showing up, and instead the text “no images were found” appears. I checked all my galleries in the plugin backend and the images are still present. This message appears with the shortcode [nggallery id=”album_spirit14_slide”]. I looked into this further and found a newer shortcode, [ngg_images gallery_ids=”6″]. This does not work either, and returns the text “Gallery not found. Please check your settings.”

Is there something I’m doing wrong?
