• There’s a couple of references to this problem, but I still can’t get it fixed.

I have about 11k images in multiple galleries, organized into albums with sub-albums. So like this…

    Images(Album)>2013(Album)>Summer(Gallery)

I can get the Images album to display, but clicking on any sub-album gets me the “No images were found” message.

    Nextgen 2.07
    WP 3.6

    PHP 5
    mod_rewrite on
    Safe mode off

I’ve made sure that I’m using the new shortcodes.
Disabled all plugins, still no dice.
I also tried a hack posted elsewhere to change a line in the back end (adapter.something….I forgot), but it didn’t work either.

For now I’ve rolled back and it’s working. This is more of a heads up so you know that there’s a problem. I think it’s probably something to do with the sub-album structure, and the script not knowing what the parent album is.

@jsmoke: are you by chance using the album id=0 (with the “0”) shortcode? If so, there was an issue with that specific shortcode present in 2.0.0 and 2.0.7.

We’ve resolved it in our latest informal beta release which you can download here:

    http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-latest-beta

The fix will be in the next official release next Monday or Tuesday.

If you were using a different album shortcode and still having issues, please let us know. In that case, you might also try reinstalling the album using the add gallery window.

Actually no, I was using album id=11. I also tried with the add gallery window and a few different parameters.

I’ll try the latest beta in a bit and get back to you.

    Hi,

I have the same probleme that you
Ecupodju (album) –> 2013 (album) –> xTitel (gallery)
When I open 2013 album, I have the error : “No Images Were Found”

The last version 2.0.11 don’t resolve this problem.

If I use the shortcode album id=0, I can see the all galerys
