Support » Plugin: WordPress Gallery Plugin - NextGEN Gallery » No images to display

  • Hi – I can’t understand what is happening with this site. I’ve created a gallery and uploaded 38 images. Nextgen shows me the gallery in MANAGE GALLERY, however, when I click on the gallery, there are no images. And it won’t display on the page – instead it give me a triangular error message. I’m using the gallery with the same exact plugins and theme elsewhere with no problems. This site is on GoDaddy managed WordPress hosting – are they the problem? http://hopebeijing.org/

@weborization – If you are using the “exact same” theme and plugins elsewhere then the differences between the two hosting environment would be a good place to start looking providing you are also using the “exact same” setting in both places as well.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

Is anyone else experiencing problems using this plugin with Godaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting?

@weborization – We have a “managed” test account and are not seeing any issues specific to GoDaddy like the one you are describing.
