The error “Jquery is not defined” comes when plugin library not loads or theme not enqueuing core JS according to WordPress guidelines.

Can send us your theme to test the plugin with at here (find email at the top), we will try to make plugin compatible with the theme. If this is a Free theme then share the URL to download.
