 * hi, we’ve noticed our webp images have not been generating for sometime. The 
   plugin sends the requests, but no image pulls are successful as listed in the
   summary below.
 * Clearing image request and resubmitting does not fix the issue. Reconnecting 
   our quic account also did not work. I cannot see any errors in our account or
   in the plugin. I’m yet to ask our webhost to review and wanted to check if there
   is anything I’ve missed.

 * i updated the IP in quic and the pulls are now working with auto cron.
