No Image is still showing featured image

    I love this plugin, but was wanting to do a title slider without the image. I used the plugin to create the shortcode, but it still displays the featured image no matter how I change it up. Below is my shortcode:

    [latest-selected-content output=”slider” limit=”10″ type=”post” status=”publish” orderby=”dateD” slidermode=”fade” slideslides=”1″ slidescroll=”1″ slideoverlay=”title” sliderauto=”true” sliderspeed=”2000″ chrlimit=”0″ url=”yes”]

    Basically I have the text “What’s New” and next to it I want the title that is linked to the post. I want it to “rotate” between the the latest 10 posts, but I don’t want the image that keeps showing up. Any help?

    Hello,

    The slider itself is built to show images as the slider size is calculated based on the image size you select. The slider is not built currently to work without showing images, that’s the whole purpose of the slider. However, I understand your need to only expose title and text and no actual image for the carousel, and I intend to include such a feature in the next release (in the next few days).

    Thank you so much for putting this feature in the plugin. You didn’t need to do that for me, but I am thankful you did. It’s working on my test site, so I hope to roll it out soon with some upgrades to my site. You are so wonderful!
