 * Just downloaded the basic plugin and wanted to test it before purchasing the 
   premium. after trying multiple URLs I still am unable to get a image to appear.
 * Is there any issues when running BuddyPress?
 * My theme is BoddyBoass OneSocial and it does already allow feature images for
   posts.

 * Your image is HTTP only but your site is converting all URLs to HTTPS, so the
   image doesn’t appear.
 * That’s no a plugin issue. You need to find out what’s transforming all your URLs
   to HTTPS. Maybe another plugin?
