Sorry to hear you are having difficulty with the plugin.
For the first question, I just wanted to check, are you putting in an image URL directly or are you uploading the image via the wordpress photo uploader?
Is the link that is being displayed a link you would like to have in your product description? I’m not exactly sure what is causing the problem or what it is you would like to be happening here.
If you want to send us an email at Contact@EtoileWebDesign.com with your login info we could try taking a look at the back-end to see if we can spot the problem.
For your second issue, it looks like there might be a conflict between the plugin’s and your theme’s CSS. You could try adding some custom CSS to fix the spacing or try changing your theme to see if that fixes the problem.

For the images, another user had trouble with https and images not displaying earlier. We’ll use the login information you sent to investigate the issue further.
