No icons in backend panel.

Hello.
I’ve got problem with missing icons in admin panel.
Instead of this:
I have this:
In img src i have something like this: <img src="image/png;base64," />
instead normal path to icon image file.

I’ve also switched off all add-ons to test if other add-on is the reason, I’ve also tried to downgrade plugin, but problem is still there, so this is probably something wrong with Leaflet Maps Marker.

Can anyone tell me how to solve with this problem?
