No icons

Hello,

It’s great to be part of this community and I’m thrilled to start blogging, but there’s just some problems that I can’t solve.

For start, I can’t see the formating icons when i try to write some text. This happens in Firefox and Opera, and I can see only some icons in IE7.

Also, there are some banding in the menu as you can see in the image I’ve link below.

I’ve reinstall wordpress and cleared my cashe several times, with no result. So, I need your help. 🙂
