No icon options display in menu area/worked previously

    Hi there,

    I’m using this plugin and all of a sudden I cant see any of the options that should be available in the menus area. I have checked that it’s turned on in settings which is it, I have checked in screen options etc it just doesn’t seem to be working? If I turn it off in settings the icons I’ve already inserted disappear, turn it back on and they reappear. I’m unable to add anymore to link items or edit any of the previously inserted icons so I cant even remove them and rework the code to insert the icons myself?

    Can I get a list of known plugins that don’t work with this plugin? Just seems odd as it was all working fine.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, sofineptik!

    Unfortunately the list of plugins that don’t work with this plugin don’t exist.

    The first, You can check, that you have installed the latest version of the plugin and WordPress, because since WordPress 4.5 has been changed HTML structure of the menu settings. This may be a cause of conflict.

    If this does not work, you can try turn on debug mode in WordPress (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and maybe you will see the error message about error, which is the cause of the problem.

    Also you can try to do the following steps:

    1) You can try to deactivate all installed plugins and then check if the problem has disappeared.
    2) If the problem has disappeared, you must activate plugins one by one with checking that the problem is reappears. So we can define a plugin that doesn’t work with this plugin
    3) If the problem has no disappeared, you can try to switch your current WP theme to one of the default themes. After that check if the problem has disappeared. If yes, this is conflict with your theme.
