No html allowed in comments after upgrade to 2.2.1.

    I recently upgraded to Ver. 2.2.1. Since then, I have noticed that the “p” tag and the “br” tag are no longer working in comments. Also, when I enable the More Smilies Ver. 2.1 plugin, carriage returns stop working in comments too. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to fix the above things?
