Hello Sheona! Can you let me know what browser you’re using that you see the hotspots misaligned and sized incorrectly? I took a look, but it seems to be working okay, so I think it must be a browser-specific issue.

Hi Natalie
Safari (v.10.0.2)
Thanks for looking, what browser are you using?

Hi Sheona,
I believe we might have a conflict with another image mapping plugin that you have installed. Can you please try deactivating the Image Mapper plugin and see if that fixes the display issue with Draw Attention?

Hi Natalie
I’m not ignoring you! I’m reluctant to deactivate Image Mapper as it took an age to get the hotspots right on that one. So I’ve been trying the test page as it stands on other browsers and computers – with different results each time. Sometimes I get the hotspots in the right place (and it looks way better than Image Mapper by the way), but after clicking on it, they disappear, and the image doesn’t appear to have any links again.
So I don’t know what to do at the moment.

Hello Sheona,
Just temporarily deactivating Image Mapper should not delete any data. You can also make a backup of the site before you try it just in case.
We’ve written our plugin so that our code only applies to image maps placed on the page with our shortcode so that we won’t interfere with anything else going on on the page. Unfortunately, we’ve seen that most of the other image mapping plugins are written in a way that assumes they’re the only image mapping plugin installed and they apply their code to every image map on the site – even ones that should be being handled by another plugin. That causes conflicts with any other image mapping plugin that are installed.
