No header on two pages

Having significant issues and I’m at a loss. Had been using Dynamic Headers but suddenly the slider effect went missing, so after four hours trying to figure this out, I have disabled the plugin – however, just using the Headers settings, the header is not showing up on home page or about us, but just fine on all other pages.
